She simply didn’t recognise who she was anymore. Carole has now been symptom free for some time and she retrained in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Wellbeing Coaching, it was only natural that she took the next step to training in Chronic Pain and Trauma, Specialising in the mind body connection working with clients to find their ‘Why’ behind Chronic Pain related to adverse childhood experiences and long held stressors and trauma. The body really does keep the score for the mind.
