I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with more than 10 years of experience in counseling, prevention, and education. I have worked with young adults, parents, the aging population and the military, through life transitions, stress and anxiety management, and communication in primary relationships. As a trauma-informed clinician, my methods draw influence from a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. My own personal journey overcoming chronic pain using Mind/Body techniques heavily influenced my desire to work with those suffering from chronic conditions. I believe in meeting clients where they are and providing them with tools to build on their own strengths. I offer this with sincere empathy and compassion and without judgment. I am endlessly honored to accompany others on the path.
